Surprisingly, migraine and tension headache are actually common for not only adults but also children.
Symptoms of Migraine in children are also different from those in adults:
- Nausea or Vomit
- Pulse or Throb head pain
Migrain is hereditary so if a member of the family has migraine, the children of that family are at risk of suffering from migraine.
Besides, environment and other factors such as stress, dehydration, weather changes or hunger also contribute to the likelihood of migraine in children.
Unfortunately, there hasn’t been a cure for Migraines yet. However, doctor can reduce the pain by prescribing;
- Painkiller (based on the age of the kid to prescribe an appropriate dose)
- Anti-nausea medicine to reduce the uncomfortable feeling of the patient.
