Limit sugar use
People with diabetes should limit sugar consumption, only used in eating and drinking when cooking dishes such as sour soup, dipping sauce.

Eat more vegetables
Green vegetables are essential foods at every meal. Vegetables such as water spinach, soot, spinach, amaranth, vegetables, eggplant, carrots, loofah, bitter melon, cucumber, white radish, okra are suitable for diabetics.
Fruits with little sweetness such as watermelon, strawberries, melon, avocado, peach, grapefruit, orange, papaya, guava, plum, apple, dragon fruit … can all be pressed into water, made salad before, during, or after each meal.
Quit the habit
Abstain from bad habits for people with diabetes such as: eating sweets, stir-fries, drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes.
With moderate daily activities such as housework, walking, cycling, swimming also help significantly in the treatment of diabetes.
