People know many kinds of habit that ruin their health such as smoking, eating fast food…However some bad habits that you do every day is really hard to escape because this is a part of your life. 1.Think about stressful things Definitely thinking about negative event is not good for psychological well being. Why must think stressful events many times? You see. If you tell a funny story many times ,it will be boring. The experts found that the people whose personality is thoughtful especially negative thought are easy to be depressed So instead of thinking about stressful events, you had better spend time on enjoying your life, working, studying new things, making friends… Because the life is really short, you do not have time to sit and think. 4.Surfing social media You often surf social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram… You spend much time on scrolling. You think this way is good to reduce pressure. However the fact is that. The experts found that people will be isolated when they surf social media too much. That is not good for your brain and can lead to decrease moods. You look at photo, video… that is not help you to maintain relationships. In some cases, you can be jealous of them and compare with them.So from now you should have a phone rather than sending message, hang out with friends.
5. Do you often go to bed late. You are a night owl. You drink coffee not to feel sleepy to do your homework, your task,or your deadline. Tomorrow you must get up early to go to the school or the office. You did not sleep enough so you have a ineffective day and feel tired not to do anythings. Sleeping late causes disease to poor mental health. You get older and fatter. If you feel difficult to fall asleep, you can read to book or do not use phone, ipad, laptop before.
6. Do you spend money too much? Some people find happiness by spending money. They purchase to have new feelings with new things. After that they forget it quickly and are in debt. Especial who use credit card. The reseacher showed that the peope who have problem with debt , can have mental illness. Debt can make you feel stressful. Because you always think when you can pay the debt. This feeling is not good for your health. Each time you want to buy something. Answer a question: ”is this really necessary? can i live without it?
7.Watching TV It sound like surfing social media. Watching TV is really harmful your brain and physical health. You often sit on sofa and watch TV all day. You do not do excercise, you are lazy to think. The children spend too much time on watching TV. That causes decreased language development and reduce your life expectancy. So why do not you read a book, meet people, join clubs rather than watching boring programs
8.Skipping meals People get up late and then they often skip breakfast. They eat when they feel hungry. You think you skip meal to lose weight. On the contrary, you don know that you will overeat at next meal. Your body is not have enough energy. You start to get tired because of the drop in blood glucose.You should eat food product that contain few calo and spend time on digesting carefully.
9. Eating fast food You eat fast food although you are not hungry. You skip your meal but you often eat snack whenever you have break time.Fast food contains harm ingredient such as added sugar and fat. So if you eat, certainly you will put on weight and increase in the risk of catching disease. Just eat punctually 3 meals a day. Eat enough nuitrient : protein, cacbonhydrats, fats,vitamin… , eat cthe fresh food product.
10. Sitting too much When you work in the company, you sit a long time to work. That is so bad for your health that you can get high risk of depression. You can set time to have break time to drink water or walk around. We are living in noisy world so you can not concentrate.
